The new school year is in full swing, and with soccer practice, piano lessons and mounds of homework looming over you and your children’s heads, we figured we’d ease your back-to-school stress in an area we know a lot about – meal prep. Read on for great (and easy!) meal ideas your kids will actually eat, and you’ll feel good about.
Rise and shine
Your child’s brain needs the proper fuel to conquer the school day, and our Garlic Cheese Breakfast Grits recipe is the perfect meal to start off right.
